Back over the last few years, tons and tons of people were buying inferior intel chips. It was not that much out of the ordinary
It actually wasn't pimp. News about the Conroe was out and everyone was waiting for it, hehe. Now before news of the Conroe... yes, it was pimp. And when people wanted Intel P4s or Pent.Ds, we still recommended against it, just as we're doing now with amd.
