Opteron 144 stock volts are 1.45V btw.

Go for whatever boots. If it's lower than stock and lower than the previous setting, and it boots, it'll work .

I don't think so. I mean, my Opteron wasn't stable at this voltage until I did this. And now it is . Do the math .
