Yes...but mornings are for waking up, and nights for sleeping, unless you're working (like a job, not studying) during those times, then I understand. Otherwise, I deserve to make as much noise as necessary. That includes putting my music on so that I can wake up.
If you're sleeping during the day because of partying, it's your fault.
