My neighbor quit playing BO and went back to MW2 just so he can quickscope because he absolutely sucks at playing any real FPS games.

I just played with the lamest group of players I've ever seen.
They artificially pad their k/d ratio by backing out of games that they aren't doing well in. Was playing a game of domination on nuketown and their team was destroying mine, well he sent me a message and said "ur trash". So I look at his stats and he has a .58 win ratio and a 4.02 K/D ratio.
What's sad is most of his scores were 5-1, 8-2, etc etc. he basically hides in a spot on the map that people don't typically walk near hoping for easy kills.
For the record, I didn't mean the lack of quick scoping. I agree it is a good thing it's gone.
You must be one of the lucky ones as as mine will go an entire day with no issues and the following night will lock up every other game. Also, I don't know what to tell you but I definitely do not hear anything with ninja pro. Which is really annoying when someone with marathon runs up and knifes you in the back.

I hear footsteps just fine too. Sure, it's not like MW2 where you can hear people half way across the map, but you CAN hear them. Turn the volume up or get a headset. Hell, I've never had Ninja Pro and I can still hear them.Well I hear footsteps just fine, are you sure they had marathon and not lightweight+ninja? Lightweight makes you run faster, not marathon.

lol.... Played against a group of guys with over 3 kdr in Grid Domination. I was like, whoa should be a good challenge for us.... We whooped on these guys and they must have all dashboarded... We all laughed so hard.

A lot of people dashboard to pad stats. It is real sad. I don't care so much about stats as I do points per minute. Trying to hit that 15th Prestige and I took a month off to move so I'm behind. =( Last weekend I went through 1.5 Prestiges though!
I just wish I could find a decent group to play Domination with, so I can get more wins and have communication on my team. I hate playing solo because people either have no mics or are in party chat, that and they are usually terrible.
I think you can look at K/D along with points per minute, but I think points per minute is actually a better indication of skill. Maybe I think that because my PPM is pretty high at around 250 (300 over the past month or so).
Screw Ninja pro and put up a motion sensor if you're woried about guys coming in un-noticed to stab you in the back. Ninja Pro is pretty much useless. Hacker pro is easily the best 3rd level perk in the game.
Also, each map has a ton of key points in BLOPS, you must have not played enough to discover them. ie. the top hill in Jungle, powerplant on Grid, top area of launch pad on launch... etc.
Motion sensors are a lot of times useless on HC game types though.
I wouldn't know. I don't play hardcore. I tried a few times in MW2, but the matches were full of campers just waiting for people to walk by. So everyone camped, and it was all just a waste of time.
Motion sensor is really nice to have in the regular mode though. More effective than even claymores. Claymore can get you one kill, but the motion sensor makes you aware of several potential kills.
I think next prestige I'm going tactical insertion only. I generally stick with one equipment due to the high cost at lower levels.
Motion Sensor really depends on your playstyle. I never sit in the same area for more than a couple seconds. I usually just drop a claymore in a high traffic area and move on. Usually nets me 1 free kill.
Check it out though.. let's say you flank a group of people on say.. crack. You got a few kills on the way there, and trying to get to the higher kill streak. You put on that motion sensor in the back of enemy territory, and it's money. Especially with ghost pro, and a silencer on. Sometimes it could be a detriment if others on the opposite team have hacker on, but with out hacker most of the time, the motion sensor is left un noticed.
I put a motion sensor up on the popular hill at Jungle once, the enemy team never shot it down. Funny as hell. I was up there, and killed enough people to get to my huey. Went and hid in the back of c to use my huey. After I was done, I saw about 3 red dots on that hill. Threw a semtex up there, and got 3 free kills. I didn't die again for the rest of the match, and the motion sensor was still there and never shot down. lol

New contracts added to the rotation.
Added optional pre-match timer for LAN / System-Link games.

Fixed a timing specific, long/infinite loading screen when joining games (sometimes giving you Error - Read error (0x80010713) on file <map name>").

Cleaned up the map search filter in the Community section (deleted unused entries).

Adjustments to the PSG1 with attachments.
AK74U adjustments.
RCXD adjustments.
Silenced sniper rifle adjustments.
Removed hit markers when shooting friendly equipment.
For PS3 folks who have installed v1.06, you want to see 55.1.2.7 in the top right hand corner. If not, reboot or go to SP then back to MP.
I don't worry about kill streaks. I mean I run Counter Spy Plane, Huey, Attack Dogs and I have no problem obtaining the Huey. I end up getting some bad luck after that usually, but I get my dogs enough. And I am always all over the map, out of range of a motion sensor most of the time. I never sneak around, just sprint and AK74u with rapid fire down as many people as I can.
