Can I Capture Online Streaming Audio

There is a FM station near me that I enjoy, but their signal is weak, especially in my MP3 FM player.
But they stream their broadcasts online. Can I capture that stream and put into my MP3 player hard drive?

You can use Audacity to capture which then will convert to MP3..Audacity..get LAME in order to convert to MP3

Trying a test version of Total Recorder, which is only $12 to register.

It seems to convert to MP3 ok, but what is Lame MP3?

EDIT: Answer, some kind of dll file that Total Recorder needed to create high quality MP3's

Another vote for Total Recorder....been using it for years to record some webcast radio shows.
