Can Someone Check Real Quick?

Hi. Can somebody help me out here? I want to know if a Zalman CNPS7000A AlCu Aluminum & Copper CPU Cooler will fit on an MSI K8N Neo Platinum motherboard (Socket 754) with an Athlon 64 3400+ in it. Zalman has a list of compatible motherboards on their website (www.zalmanusa.com), but for some incredibly annoying reason I can't seem to access the site. All I get is a screen full of empty boxes and a stalled computer. Can somebody check real quick and let me know? Many thanks.

I just looked at the motherboard and it looks like it should fit no problem. There arent any capacitors on the way nor are there any other things.
