I was developing it a few years ago and then through constant and unyielding use of wrist pads and rests to keep my wrists at a perfect flat the pain has gone away entirely. It was getting very worrisome and I was starting to read up on crap about surgery and all of that. Well now my wrists have healed perfectly (and yes I'm on a computer most of the day) and I'm able to resume all activities including heavy bench press (which used to kill them). Angle down your keyboard (even angle it away from you if you need to). It's imperative that your hands are not above your wrists and you want the wrist joint perfectly flat.
Also playing first person shooters like CS was hell on my left wrist in particular.
