I mostly remembered a swimming pool that opens up and his red flying vehicle takes off and carries him up to the giant robot's head.

I also vaguely remember an episode with an orphan being left at a doorstep.

Vash was OK, funny too, but not the best by a long shot.


If you want to see a newer throwback, try "Big O". Reminds me of a lot of older Japanese animation. It is funny to hear the battle cry in Japanese too....

I used to watch D & D religiously. Sucks that it was cancelled before the ending.

Voltron was my favorite cartoon growing up, along with Transformers and G.I Joe.
