Case/chipset temps

Ok, Hi I'm running a MSI K7T266 pro-R with a duron 850(will upgrade later), and I was a bit worried about my case(chipset?) temperatures. I'm running the latest version of MBM5 and my cpu runs at 38C that seems fine to me, but my case(chipset) sensor(winbond1 i think) reads 35C! I'm thinking thats a bit high considering my old motherboard a msi k7t pro ran at like 22-25C. Are these temperatures typical? They seem a bit hot. The chipset heatsink was loose so I thought it might have been that. The clips weren't made right so instead of taking forever to RMA it I just artic silver epoxied the thing on. The temperatures are still hovering around 35 tho.

Hey, How are you doing? I'm having the same issue with my PC, I'm trying to lower the Temp on mine. According to the Winbond Hardware that came with my MB, It says that my CPU is running at 47C on Idle and it goes up to 51.00 - 52.00C when being worked on. Now I was wondering if anyone knew if this Temperature is good or is it bad?? Or can the Temp be lower then that?? I was told that the MB that I have is a Heat monster and that is gonna run HOT no matter what I do. Does anyone have any idea on what this CPU should be running at or if mine is too HOT or is it Fine?? I would appreciate any comments or any help. Thxs.
