I need a case to fit:

1 HD(Atmost 2)
1 Floppy
Abit IS7-Mobo
3 Fans(2 will work)
PSU Included

I don't need a huge case or anything, but I just want a pretty spacious one that's easy to work with and has good air circulation. As for the PSU, I'm thinking atleast a 350 Watt since I will eventually get a Radeon 9700 which recommends atleast 300 Watt. I found this case, but I'm not sure how good it is. It has good reviews, but I'm not sure how good the PSU is.

morphingboy, I'll recommend that maxtop case/psu.
I built a system with it 2 years ago for a friend and its still working fine.
I just ordered the case to build another computer for a friend, but I opted for a forton 300w 120mm fan noisekiller for the psu.

Maybe check out a local store? A store like fry's would have a decent selection of cases, you could also avoid having to pay high shipping prices.

I would also recommend either the Compucase 6A series as above which can be had from Newegg with an HEC 300W PSU (excellent).
Or the Evercase 4252 series. These are very easy to build with excellent potential air flow (have to buy one or more fans additional). The compucase 6a series is basically the same design as the Antec SLK3700.
Do a search using newegg's configurator: 4x5" bays, 300W (after you've looked at these, change this to 350W and run the search again), 35-50$$$. You will find some that have free shipping.
Above all, you don't want a poor PSU spoiling your fun. The maxtop looks OK, but I've no exprience w/ them or those PSUs.

Since you have a low budget I'd say check out local stores. Shipping costs can eat up quite a bit of that budget. One item of concern... most cheap cases come with cheap power supplies. While a cheap case is just fine at holding your parts together in one coherent unit, some cheap power supplies aren't the best choice for your new P4 setup. Perhaps bump your budget to $60-70 and look for a slightly better brand, such as Enlight, InWin, Aopen or even lower end Antec cases with the SmartPower power supplies. There are also some generic/unknown brands with decent power supplies in that price range. One that I've used is called "Super Flower" on the cardboard box. It has blue acrylic covering the front and a nice 350W dual-fan power supply that has some heft to it. It is also available with a side window. It has mounts for two 80mm rear OR a single 120mm rear fan, plus 80mm side fan.

Very nice case...I've been looking for one with the fan built in to the side panel...Might pick it up, for kicks!

Only question - where's the front airflow? I don't see one or where it would be. Is the side panel in lieu of a front airflow?
