I can either get the ATI Radeon 9600XT 128MB for $248 CND ($192 US) or the Celestica Radeon 9600XT 256MB for $212 CND ($164 US) which is the better deal?

You might want to consider the 9800 pro ... both FutureShop and BestBuy both have it on sale for $250CDN after rebate right now. Otherwise, I'd go for the lowest price 9600xt you can find (Powercolor or Sapphire are usually a lot cheaper).
