Does a non-commissioned officer who likely has 10+ years of experience have to take orders from a recently commision officer like a 2nd Lt?

If so doesn't the Chief/SGT Major get pissed that hes being ordered around by someone with signifigantly less experience?

The 2nd Lt is higher.

Officer is always higher then NC.

As for the Sgt. It's his job to listen and do as told. he may not like it and may disagree but he can ask the 2nd lt about it but if the 2nd lt says do it he has to do it.

It's sort of like an experienced nurse and a fresh out of med school doctor. If the doctor/2LT/Ensign is smart, he/she will listen to what the nurse/Chief/SGT Major says. The idea is that some day, the officer may be higher up and will be directly action on an operational level rather than on a tactical level. The Chief/SGT Major excels but it is generally limited to tactical engagement.

Yeah, the NCO has to take orders from officers, even 2nd LTs. The 2nd LT could, in theory, order a senior NCO around on a whim to do menial sh!t, like fetching the officer's coffee. But even most 2nd LTs arent that dumb. Officers, and especially newly commisioned officers, have a much easier job when they have a good working relationship with their NCOs.

Not entirely true, in some instances it is position before Rank. Take the Navy for instance. A lot of the ships are commanded by Commanders, and LT. Commanders, not Captains. So a Captain can't just go onboard and start barking orders, he is now subordinate to the Commander of the vessel.

Also, most green officers will listen to a Staff SGT or CPO that's been in the service for 10+ years.

A 2nd LT has higher rank than a SgtMajor, BUT SgtMajor gets much more respect than a young 2nd LT.

I remember a young ringknocker in my platoon, fresh out of West Point, ordered a SgtMajor to do something and the next thing happened to that ringknocker was a personal chit chat with the battalion commander.

a higher rank is NEVER a subordinate to a lesser rank.
