cheap AGP fanless video card?

I am currently using the integrated Intel Exterm64 video on the MB and is thinking about upgrading to an AGP card. The main use of my computer is Photoshop editing, playing DVD/DivX AVI, and some light gaming. I don't play first-person shooting game though. I will stick with a fanless card, since I can't endure the noise. So there are two questions:
1. will an AGP card gives more advantage than the integrated video, given my usage pattern?
2. if yes, which card should I buy? I am willing to pay ~$60. I did some homework and found ATI 9200 and MX440 fit my criterions. But some makes use fan, while some don't.

Ah, another silence junkie.

You can get silenced cards right up to the Radeon 9800XT Ultimate from Sapphire. My suggestion is to buy a Sapphire Radeon 9200 - they pretty much always come with passive cooling. You can also put up a "WTB" thread or browse around in FS/T and state exactly what you're looking for.

Put $10 more into it and get a Radeon 9600SE. These are all fanless, and whilst at the slow end of things, are DX9 hardware, and have rather excellent hardware video filters. Plain 9200 cards are DX8 and should also be fanless. Below that there's 9200SE, all fanless, but considerably slower in 3D than 9200.
