Cheap board to support E7200

I'm thinking about doing a cheap upgrade for >$400, just really need CPU/Video (new CPU is gonna require a new mobo most likely.

For a Video Card I'm looking at GIGABYTE GV-NX88T512HPV1 GeForce 8800 GT 512MB

Was looking at a 9600GT also, but I figured seeing there's a $40 mail-in with that card, it'd end up being about the same as a 9600GT and the 8800GT's are just a tad bit better than the 96.

For CPU I was looking at Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Wolfdale 2.53GHz 3MB L2 Cache LGA 775

Benches very nice, especially for the price. OC it can almost keep up with the top E8xxx series.

As far as Mobo goes, I'm pretty sure my ECS P4M890T-M2 isn't going to like the E7200, so I was looking at other boards.

The Foxconn NF4SLI7AA-8EKRS2 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI Intel Edition is nice, but I'm not sure if it's compatible with the E7200 either.

Anyone know of any good boards compatible with the E7200 that support 4GB+ DDR2 (any speed really) with atleast 1 pci-express x16 slot (would like sli with 8x+8x atleast just incase I decide to get another 8800gt down the road) sata/raid/onboard sound/lan/video doesn't really matter, but I'd like to keep it pretty cheap, preferably below 90shipped. (on a budget)

I've seen this mobo i'm on now going for 89$ open box at egg P5K-E P35 chipset but it doesn't match your protocol of 8x8 sli, then again, does anyone know if the Intel mobo chipsets support Nvidia cards? I heard there's issues. ...anyone know about this?

No cheap Intel boards support SLI. For E7200 support and SLI, I think you need at least 650i?

As for the video card, this is an excellent 8800GT:

It doesn't break ~60c in my case and is practically silent. The Gigabyte is louder and doesn't cool as well, so I don't see any reason to buy it over the MSI.

Well, SLI isn't really needed, I'd just like it for the future if possible, but I can certainly do without. As for the temperatures, from what I've read it cools pretty good as long as it's not tight against anything, has about the same temps as my 7600GT. As for sound, I don't really care, not to worried about it and I expect it to be a little noisy with the fan it has. Also the Gigabyte is a little bit cheaper and overclocked a little more so as far as money goes, I'd prefer that one heh. Thanks for the suggestion though, greatly appreciate it.

Fry's will give you a free board today only with the e7200 ($130 for both). It's ecs, which is not the greatest, but it's free.
