Was at Borders in Torrance, CA over the weekend and they had the following DVDs 3-for-2 (with printed 3-for-2 stickers, so it's probably chainwide):

All $12.99, 3-for-2, or $8.66 plus tax. There were also a few schlock horror movies that I skipped.
