You really do mean CHEAP (literally) as in low quality rather inexpensive high quality monitors.

$33 for UPS ground shipping on a $39 15" monitor is kind of lame. Next day is $122! What a joke...

I'm lovin' this 753DF as well. Most well spent $140 in my entire system. And as for those shipping costs, freakin' A, I need to check those before I start voicing my uneducated not worth even $.02 opinion.
