Cheap, stable mobo for Q8200?

I just jumped on one of the q8200's in the hot deals section to use for an HTPC build. I'm now looking for a very cheap but stable motherboard for it. I guess I could OC it a little, but this isnt a primary concern.

I dont know much about chipsets for these other than the P45 - please suggest any G33/P35 etc., and what pros and cons these chipsets offer. The most CPU intensive process my htpc will be performing will be bluray and hd-dvd playback, and I will be buying a decent radeon card to help with that. Onboard audio also isn't a big concern as I will be using the radeon hdmi audio out

Computer geeks had an msi q33 board for $34.99 recently with 4 ddr2 slots. I've used the g31, g33, p45, and g43 chipset boards, and they all work pretty well. I would just read some reviews at newegg for the g41 and g43 boards.

Ive used an Intel DG45ID before for a friends build. It worked great, very stable and easy to deal with. The onboard video wasnt half bad either. You wont be able to OC at all, but that dosent seem like a huge deal to you. For $110, you cant go wrong. I actually got that one at microcenter, but its no longer available at mine. Newegg has it though:

I say this mobo and case.

That is where my old e5200 will go when it gets replaced by my q8200.

He says he will purchase a Radeon card. Why recommending q33, g43 boards?

I recommend P43 or P45 (cheaper variants around 70$) since you plan to overclock a little. Since the Q8200 is FSB1333, you need a solid board which supports FSB1600. G33 wont work fine at FSB1600. Recommend at least P43.
