50 spindle of 8X certified 80min CDs for $17 shipped... OVERNIGHT.

I ordered 2 spindles (on 2 occasions) and had each within 18hrs...

Too good to pass up... I'm stocking up now while I can!

I think outpost has a session id in those and they expire after awhile. If it doesn't work later, just goto outpost.com and search for 80min cdr 50 pack

84219 was the part # that i ordered just go there and remember that part # it doesnt seem to change,


blue bottomed, cheapo cd-r's they work great.

the 12x ones for a few bucks more are GREEN bottom

2 dumb questions, so be gentile...

1. These cdr's are of decent quality to not through out a bunch of costers?
2. Will the 80 min ones work with data just as well as the 74 min ones? I have an hp 9110i.... (complements of hot deals..)

I got the 50 pack (Kingston 12x) from Outpost and they're great. Not like the 25 - 35% coaster I got w/Memorex (2 x 50 pack rated up tp 8x) that I've gotten from Egghead) on my HP 9200i. I wanted the 12x rated CD-Rs for the S&F 12x (also because it was cheap) and so far I like it a lot. It doesn't have that "burned" aspirin smell like Memorex spindles, it's also thicker, the white print on top is pleasant and so far not a coaster from either burners yet.

I've burned 20-30 of my 50 pack.... havent' hit a bad one yet (buring at 4X speed).... I ordered them the 4th of july, got an email the 5th saying they were backordered.... they arrived the 6th!!!

They are silver topped w/ frosting (so they don't scratch from the top too easily) and have a blue bottom

You're not supposed to smoke it.

But every spindle I have purchased has that smell, imation and memorex.

The oder was strong enough to give me headaches (I kid you not) and I'm a type that can't smell too good. (wait that doesn't sound too flattering)

Translation:
Hardware junky = I meant, my nose doesn't overclock too easy but is stable as a rock and doesn't get fritzy as a K6-2s.

Normal folks = I don't have strong sense of smell.

I just got the 50 pack of 8x rated Kingston ones in the mail a few days ago (I orderd a while ago but they were on preorder). Yes, they have the smell, and yes the white top is really, really nice.

So far ive only burned one (am going to do a few today) but it worked fine.

I ordered them and a USB hub with some leftover flooz from surveys a while back. To my surprise the Airborne Express guy woke me up this morning...an astonishing 16.5 hours after I placed the orders yesturday! =)

these CD's do smell a little bit, but after leaving them outside for an hour I don't notice it
