I know PowerStrip will show you, and allow you to overclock, but I don't think that's many people's first choice... I use ExperTool that came with my GeForce4.
I save my current BIOS... load it in RadEdit to see current clockspeed settings... then adjust the clockspeed to what i want it to be... save the new BIOS and flash my card.
