Choosing compents for CUV4X

I just bought the Asus CUV4X motherboard with a 700E chip. I need to buy all the other components now. I was wondering if anyone has this board, and can reccommend the type of Ram, sound card, and video card I should get, that will give the least # of conflicts. I know people had problems with certain memory and the soundblaster live. This is why before I go out and buy anything else, I want to know what works the best.

Also if i'll be running a CDRW, DVD, and 2 hard drives, will a 250W power supply be enough?

Im using a PC Power & Cooling 275W power supply but I think most people recommend at least a 300W power supply, come to think of it, I wonder if thats whats been holding me back from 1050Mhz! Time to look at an Enermax...

Thanks strafe. Anyone else have this board out there that can give me some pointers? I can't find much info on the web on this motherboard, so if anyone knows any sites with reviews or tips for this board please let me know.

If anyone had problems with this motherboard please let me know, so I know what hardware to avoid or how to fix it.

I just bought a CUV4x and a P3-700 cb0. I'm configuring my system around them now. I'm getting a 300W power supply with a wild looking
case. I've ruled out the Cheetah hard drives because they require a
SCSI-160 card and I don't want the conflicts that I'm afraid they will
bring.
The question I've got now is HSDRAM or virtual channel. Will either ever be in stock? Then there is the AGP Pro slot. Which video accelerators are rated AGP PRO and what are their advantages?
