During the vietnam war, america dumped agent orange on vietnam's foilage in order to remove the cover of the north vietnamese soldiers. Unfortunately, agent orange caused severe burns, cancer, and sever birth defects to the vietnamese people. America owes vietnam at least some cleanup.
