I haven't gotten to see the trailer yet, dunno if I want to see the movie or not. These books were probably my favorite when I was a child, save maybe The Hobbit.

You'll change your mind when you see the trailer. Every movie I've seen from the Chronicles of Narnia has pretty much stunk. Low-budget live-action or poorly-drawn cartoons. This looks a LOT more professional and fun.

A lot of trailers get streamed from there. All the LOTR & Matrix trailers were.


I look forward to seeing this but some of those CG sequences weren't that convincing. There's still time though.

Errr... you're joking right? As a movie LOTR kicked ass. As an adaptation of a trilogy, it blew more donkey dick than any movie I have ever seen converted from book to movie.

I faintly faintly remember the cartoon version of TLTWATW. As a small child I enjoyed it so much, and when I got to be about 8 or 9 I didn't even recognize it. It's funny how you perceive things the older you get.

yeah really. hopefully that was just some early production, they still have 6 or 7 months before everything needs to be polished completely.

Are there any websites out there connecting the characters in the books to Biblical figures? Like Aslan = Jesus, Digory = Adam, Edmund = imperfection of humans, The Magician's Nephew = Genesis, etc?

haha, trust me, if you've seen the other movies, you'll know that ANYTHING will be better comparitively
