Just because it's not very fast makes it a POS???

Sure, if you are looking for speed over anything else, then the Prowler isn't your best choice. But that certainly doesn't make it a "POS."

Are you serious? Only 253hp? An Audi S4 with quattro could kill that even! I really though Prowlers were faster- I've heard they're notorious for killing Vettes in a quarter mile. Yeah, no better bang for the buck semi-super car than a Corvette, but it's still not my cup of tea.

Well speed isn't always what matters of course but in this case I think it should. The average person, I'm SURE, who looks at that prowler without knowing any better (I was that person yesterday) probably thinks "Damn that's pretty nice looking and it looks like it would be damn fast at taking off!" The car is intended to look like a badass, but in actual fact it isn't at all. It's not like i"m complaining that a family sedan is lacking in HP; I'm complaining that a so-called sports car (based on appearance and price) is lacking in it.

Of course Acura sells their NSX for $89k with an insulting 290 horsepower.

My Corvette goes plenty fast enough to dry off what was attracted and got wet, and at the same time could tow a Prowler with it's brakes locked!
