citrix problem

Hi everyone!I installed citrix metaframe xp, all went well accept when I try to install System Monitoring and Analysis.
An error keeps coming up saying the ima service failed to start.The error code is 214783601, I went to the citrix site
and it says IMA result file not found.I click finish and reboot.Now I cannot start the management console, so I have
to uninstall system monitoring to get back into the management console.Any ideas?
