Looks like the Coolermaster cases the many people drooled over but couldnt afford back in the day (3 years ago?). ATC 201 or ATC 210 i believe. Friggen beauties of cases. Cant really find them these days.

the reservoir is in the top 5.25 inch bay(s), depending on whether he used to single or dual one.

hey mike, i would like to build the same thing,

i have the BFG 6800 ultra video card that requires water cooling, and i really like his system so i would like to build something similar,

the only thing im after is getting the water cooling system internally,

what other parts is he using, i am new at the water cooling thing

i see he has a T tube, what is the part on the roof of the case? the pump? and on the lower right hand side is the reservoir? but where does that 1 tube go to?

im a newbie that this

thanks for all the help

the top is the radiator, the drive bays are the reservoir, and and the bottom front is the pump. note that he had to mod the case at the top sto support the radiator. he used the xtreme I, which is a single 120mm radiator and fan. the top of the case us cut to allow air to flow out. this is just one way of doing it, but is likely the best looking. what case do u have tankengine? how many drive bays do u have open? for the cpu, video, and chipset, i'd recommend the dual drive bay resorvoir.

only reason why i would like to cool everything with water is because the vid card needs it so why dont i just do it all right?

sure. there's nothing wrong with water cooling a system...besides price. in your case, you'll need/want:

? Danger Den Maze 4 Water Block For Socket 754/939/940 CPU $35
? Danger Den Maze 4 Motherboard Chipset Water Block $43
? Danger Den Maze 4 GPU Water Block For nVidia & ATI Cards $40
? Danger Den DD12V-D4 Water Pump For Liquid Cooling System $75
? Danger Den Black Ice Xtreme Radiator For Liquid Cooling System $66
? Danger Den Dual 5 1/4" Bay Reservoir For Liquid Cooling System $32

it's pretty pricey, but you'll have to shed $300 ($291 to be exact) for just the water cooling system. you will be able to get ultra extreme oc's tho. as for a case, if you want that same case, i know of a place where you can still find it.

So can you simply take a exacto knife or razor blade and cut up a IDE ribbon cable so that it could be bundled up? Or is it pretty risky to cut through and hit a wire?

Nice, clean pics all! This makes me really want to clean up the inside of mine, but I'm not sure where to start. It's pretty crammed in there.

Just buy rounded, they are cheap enough. The chance of slicing the ribbon is too great.
