Daovonnaex, it's not quite "all" P2's that are locked, just ones starting at a certain point. Intel did a full lock starting right after the 350/400 P2s were released, meaning that most(but not all) of those CPUs are locked, with the ones before them being multiplier limited, and the ones after them being multiplier locked. While that's a rough estimate(I'm sure there are some lower speed CPUs that are locked too), it can more or less be considered the general rule of thumb. Anyways, getting back to the topic, all Celerons were made after the lock was implemented, so everyone is right in that you have to overclock the FSB.
