Clock Problem???

Hi!
I set the time in CMOS and Windows settngs.
But after one week one minutes fater. Now 5 minutes fater.

Is it fixable?
Is the problem fatal to my notebook?

i had that happen on an asus mobo. that it was 5 minutes faster every day. i couldn't fix it so i got a new board
