Closing in on 10k - DONE!

At last check, I was 26WU away from the 10K mark. It's funny, because for a good two years, I didn't touch Seti long after I registered. The WU's were taking way too long for my taste then, and my CPU couldn't handle doing anything else if I was running Seti in the background, so I just stopped running it. About 4-5 months ago, I got the Seti bug again and started running it. Almost 10k WU later, I'm still crunching, and as long as I have the hardware, I'm going to continue crunching.

BTW, this is my first revision of what I'm going to build with the Operton and the Dual 2400+ MPs I got from AMD last week. Any comments, suggestions, or criticisms?

Should only take me a little less than 3 months, if I can maintain a 120WU/day average.

The only suggestion I have would be to have them crunching for the Rebel Alliance

Well the competition gets pretty heated when your racing The Federation, ISoS, The TeAm, Robor......wheww this list goes on and on, to many to name! I better get back to getting my main rig online!

Congrats ,awesome achievement for such a short time

Btw when I started crunching SETI in Oct 99 all I had was a Cel 366@550 (which was fairly hot at the time) ,on v1.06 it did WUs in about 10hrs (GUI with no graphics showing) ,when v2.0 was introduced this dropped to about 8.5hrs.Not too slow at all.I did turn SETI off for gaming though.
Inccidently that same CPU (@566MHz) does WUs in about 10.25hrs now with v3.03 CLI
