I think this tape was made BEFORE today's events. Why? Well, for starters, it looks like it's DAYLIGHT and right now (2:28pm EST) it's Midnight in Kabul, Also, if we just hit them a few hours ago, how the heck did he get a tape made and it delivered to the broadcast facilities so fast?

I don't think this is a new tape. I think he recorded this a while ago because he knew that EVENTUALLY it would be needed.

It is an old tape. That Afghan TV station received the tape after 9/11 and was told to play it when the US retaliates.

At least that's what the news reported...
