when I buy a jacket, or shirt, or trousers from a store, I will typically (discretely) pop the hanger the item is on into my satchel and take it home with me (along with the purchased item). This is because I don't like my clothes to get mis-shapen, and hanging a shirt or jacket on the wrong size of coat hanger will (over time) distort it's shape. Whereas the hangers in the store are always perfectly shaped for the particular item, and often have specially molded round corners that perfectly support the shoulders of the jacket or shirt that I am buying. Do you think I am crazy?
