I just had a really bad experience with buymstar.com . I bought 3 motherboards and a stick of Mushkin ram from them, july 1st. Everything was ok until I started builiding my comp and found out that the sick of ram was bad. Thats when they decided it would be fun to play hide and seek. After about 20 rings someone finally answered the phone and directed me to fill out their online rma form. They said I would get my rma # within 24 hours... they are pretty funny. Three days later and several long distance phone calls, i finally got someone else on the phone who told me what my rma # was after about 5 minutes on hold. I asked her what the address to ship the ram back to them was and she told me which one to ship it to. I guess they must have suprised her with the news that they were MOVING because i got the fedex package back with a handwritten note on it from the driver saying that THEY HAD MOVED. I was like what the hell.. did she not know 3 days ago that they were moving? So I resign myself to some more long distance phone calls... but guess what.. out of the 6 phone numbers and different menu options I could find.. no one is in the office at 2PM on a weekday, nor does any of the voice mail work. So unless you like to play hide and seek .. or you are just betting on getting the right thing from them.. I would be careful. I have since called Mushkin... and guess what.. they answer the phone.....
