I second the economics recommendation (Bachelor of Science Econ, Univ. of Washington, 2005), it's a good complement to a business curriculum.

Im just not sure if I can actually get the degree if I am not offically in Their School of Business, but I suppose that would be something I would have to ask a counsler.

I'm at UIUC, I was considering transferring into the business school last year. From what I could tell it's not that difficult to transfer, the guy I spoke with was telling me the process of transferring almost as if I would definitely be accepted (that's w/~3.5 in electrical engineering, so anything above a 3.5 should be safe). A 3.5 isn't hard to manage taking gen eds your first four semesters. I know there are 5 or 6 classes the business school needs you to have before transferring, but alot of those you may have already like Calc.

Im thinking it should be fine but I suppose declaring an econ major now might be a better idea should I not get into the Business school come Junior year...rather than just stay in the General Education major that im in now
