anyone else think comcast totally sucks? i have them for both my tv and internet and it goes down every other day. i cant have any type of dish for my house because i live in the forest. verizon doesnt offer anything for me either. what would you did in this situation?:shocked:

Use the closest highest tree to mount a dish.

It's not just Comcast entirely, it's probably their technical staff aren't looking out for tech problems very often.

call them and say u r switching to dish, u will either

1) get a good tech to look at ur problem and fix it

or

2) get a lower rate for the crappy services but keep convincing urself "hey, i didn't pay much for this crap"

Comcast is horrible and way over priced.

Current package: $182 a month
I had the exact same package with Charter and it was $109

total rip off
