I have sent the errors to microsoft through bug reporting, and they say they don't know what caused it but they says a device driver caused it.

This blue screening was happening a lot, every couple of hours, I replaced the motherboard and the problem was still happening, I replaced one of the 2 ram sticks and it seemed like the problem stopped but after 3-5 days the problem started happening again.

Do you think maybe replace the remaining ram stick?

Do you think this is a windows issue?

I would of reformatted/reinstalled windows as the first thing you did. What unique or odd devices/drivers might you have hooked up to your computer? Are you running XP?

Not anything unusual, I wouldn't have replaced the motherboard but a heatsink on the motherboard was falling off, it did fix another issue it was having but the rebooting is still happening.

Yeah I'm thinking about formatting, just a pain.

After you reformat make an image of the clean install with no other programs on it but windows and the cloning (imaging) program
you can usually reinstall from a cloned image in just a few minutes
I think my computer takes 4 minutes to reinstall from an image
once you made an image of a clean install call it new install (or some such)
take a few days to install all your programs and windows settings that you want
after a few days make another image of the hard drive, call this one full install (or some such)
this image also take only a few minutes to restore.

This way if you ever want to start fresh you have a clean install and/or if you want you can reinstall
with all your programs and settings

sometimes I find that I want to start fresh because too many programs are up-dated changed or are no longer supported and I moved on to new better programs. So in these cases I reinstall with the clean (new install) version of my back ups

ALLWAYS ALLWAYS back up your personal information, pictures and anything elese that is important to you, like your web links to anandtech
because even though making an image of your HD (an exact copy of your HD in a file format)
things can go wrong and you will have to start from fresh with the windows CD
and all that valued info is gone
I personally use an old 4 gig HD to back up and store personal info
and only plug it in when I?m backing up info
once a year or so LOL
but my data on it is only a few hundred megs or so
so i could use a smaller HD if i had one
i don?t back up my info on cd's or dvd's
i use to till ones of my CD's got scratched up and i lost all my info
HD's are much more reliable and while they can die to (nothing is perfect)
I think they are much more scratch resistant

Hope this helps

Another thing about the computer, it has recover pro on it from Phoenix technologies, and when the computer crashes phoenix kicks in and creates another restore point or restores to a previous one, could that be the cause?

I know for example that norton goback can cause all sorts of issues, anyone know if recover pro would be a possible cause for the blue screens?

I have office 2000 and I lost the key for it, I know you cannot retrieve the key for it, but could I back up all of it's registry info, copy all the files in the program files dir and save it?

What registry keys would I have to back up?

I want to do a format and reinstall.

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

I have no idea what you're talking about with Office, but those are 2 dumps - what did your other dumps say?

(Wild guess so far given the variety of dumps and the pointer to ntkrnlmp.exe - hardware.)
