Computer boots.... sometimes.

Lately my computer has been deciding whether or not it wants to boot. Once it boots all is fine and I can just leave it on. However if for any reason I have to shut it down/it crashes its a damn struggle to get it to boot up again. First thought that went through my head was dust buildup (this has caused problems like this for me and others in the past). So I checked the power cables blew on them. Checked the inside of the psu/case for dust. Still inconsistent booting. When it does boot up there appears to be no reason why it booted up/ why it didnt boot up the last 100 times I pressed the power button. Ive even tried the integrated power button on my mobo (DFI ultra-d) to no avail.

Also when I say it wont boot I mean nothing happens. Its as if the power cord wasnt even plugged in, like pressing the power button on a smashed computer. This is also not a newly built computer, ive had it for almost a year now and its been booting fine until recently.

Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated.

Furthermore supposedly the powerstream provides very stable current. So I would assume that means it has good caps.

Edit: I meant to add this to my last post. Wow it looks retarded replying to your own post.
