Okay whenever I use my new PC it starts up and if i try to reboot it refuses to restart. I then have to take my pc .. open it up.. and reset the cmos.. then it starts up just fine.. but after setting cmos settings and saving and rebooting.. it doesnt reboot.. fans and everything turn on.. but i get 0 signal on my screen and this is a new monitor and if i load default settings on the cmos it then goes into windows just fine.
But then when I restart in windows it dies again. So it happens pretty much whenever I reboot..
