Computer for $500-600

Hey everyone, i'm looking for a computer for $500-600 that can run the following games on their highest settings with little or no problems

Games:
DCUO (don't patronize me, I know it got bad reviews but I played it at a friend's house and loved it)
Starcraft 2
Warhammer 40k: Dow2

Anyways, any help would be appreciated!

I don't really have a need for a monitor/mouse/keyboard because I already have a few of those laying around :\

Okay i have a build in mind but if you need a copy of W7 it wil throw you into the 650 range without a copy its 550, so do you need w7?

G.Skill DDR3 1333 4GB $40
GTX 460 1GB $136 AR
Samsung F3 500GB $50
Samsung DVD Burner $14 AP
Antec Neo Eco 520W $60
Xigmatech Asgard case $30
Total: $460

I would've gone for an Athlon II X4, but Newegg seems to be OOS on reasonably-priced models.

I am building a small HTPC and I like this build a lot. I am going to delete the video car, ps, and case and buy an antec 350 case w/ built in 350w PS.

My question is do I need cooling for the cpu? What do you think?

Unless you are over clocking no after market hsf is needed, stock hsf should be fine.

I just got everything put together and it looks pretty good. Problem is, I power it up and nothing happens. The fans are spinning, the HD is running, the DVD player works, the cpu fan is running, but nothing happens - my monitor detects that there is a signal (as if the computer is asleep), but that's all - I dont even get into the bios.

Any ideas?

I probably have a bad mb - after whining earlier =P

Make sure that the ATX12V and PCIe power cables are plugged in.

Thanks, I've checked several times and everything is attached according to the instructions - I don't see a reference to PCIe power - where is that? (Note, i do not have a card installed)

I am stuck with it because it is friday, I am at work, and I wont get anything before tuesday.

I am considering asking for a replacement but I am not sure it is worth saving $20 and getting the asus or another.

It turns out that the dvi connection isnt working on initial boot up. I connected my monitor using the VGA port instead, and the thing was sitting there waiting for me to set up the bios (it said incorrect settings on first boot). I set it up and then off I went.

I am not sure that DVI is working now, as when I tried to switch (while running) from vga to dvi, the monitor didnt respond.

However I am using the HDMI connection to my TV so I am not sure I care, except on principal.

The computer is working fine, It plays video well. I am happy for now. Seems quick and 1080p seems no problem.
