Computer Freezes

Hi I've got an issue with one of the computers I am setting up at our remote office. We have some software that requires us to use 3 serial ports so I added this Syba card to an IBM Thinkcentre E50 running Win XP Pro. Anytime I plug anything into the Syba serial card the computer freezes and goes in and out of random freezes. If I disconnect whatever is plugged into the Syba card and reboot the computer it works perfectly and never freezes. Any help would be great. BTW I've been plugging in several different modems and cash registers into the card when it freezes the computer. Thanks.

Are there any errors for the card in Device Manager?
Have you checked the EVENT Log for any clues?

Are you using POS(v.22/v.29) modems?

Do you have a 9-pin loopback adapter to test with?

Thanks I checked Device Manager and it was sharing an IRQ with the souncard so I disabled the soundcard since I won't use it anyway and it seems to have fixed the problem. I forgot that Device Manager provided all of that info.
