Tuesday morning I discovered my computer had frozen overnight, which is an extremely extremely rare occurrence.
I rebooted my computer, restarted uTorrent, and during one of my torrent re-checks my computer froze again. I repeated this a few times and realized it was freezing at exactly the same spot. I decided to delete the torrent thinking it was jacked up. I didn't have much of a chance to do anything Tuesday evening with my computer.
Today, I decided to update my Zune software. When I'd hit 99% my computer would be completely frozen as well. I listened to my system to see if my hdd was thrashing around or still spinning, but everything was quiet, as if it had finished everything and the system just crashed without throwing a bsod.
I've left my computer on today from 9:30 - 2:00 and 5:30 till 8:30 doing nothing and it works fine. In fact, I have no problem browsing the internet and performance of my computer does not seem sluggish at all.
I already ran a chkdsk on my windows drive and everything seems clean. Additionally, there is no MiniDump. Now I've also used Last Known Good Configuration and that didn't solve it either as when my auto-defrag tool started it seemed to freeze my computer. The event log has nothing related to the freezes either.
UPDATE: Got these errors in my event log from trying to leave uTorrent open overnight:

UPDATE 2: I ran uTorrent all day (8 hours) in Safe Mode w/Networking and had no freeze when I returned home.
UPDATE 3: While running HD Tune at around the 90% point the read nosedived and then rebounded up, but froze before completion.
UPDATE 4: Ran chkdsk /r on all drives and pulled up DiskCheckup:
