Computer shut off for standby

I just moved to my house from my apartment and my standby no longer shuts my computer off anymore.


Just at my apartment a few days ago it would shut everything down, which I want.. but now only my monitor turns off. Any suggestions?

I ran into something similar a while back, where the standby option was not available on the start - turn off computer, what i had to do was re-install my video drivers and then everything worked fine again
