Constant crashes with Medal of Honor

I posted this same post earlier in the highly technical forum and found out I kinda posted in the wrong place so I am reposting this in here. Anyways, on to my problem.

I was wondering if you guys can help me with this. The game Medal of Honor keep crashing on me everytime time I try to play it with this illegal operation

The game would crash randomly during gameplay, sometimes right as i start the level and sometimes after 30 minutes of playing.
My system configuration is

1.4ghz athlon
256mb DDR ram
Visiontek 64mb GF2 pro
SB Live! 5.1
win98

All drivers are up to date. I'm hoping you guys can shed some light on what is wrong by looking at the picture of the error.

check their website for patches?
did you try adjusting the video settings?or video card to lower requirements?
thats a pretty graphic intense game.
what about reinstalling in case it is a bad file?
