Cool N Quiet and stuck!

So I am setting up a new system, decided to turn on Cool N Quiet. Reboot and put in the windows disk to format the drive and install Win XP x64. After format I reboot and go into bios to change boot to HDD and it goes to a screen that has a blue bar across the top that has a scrolling color bar of some sort, below that it says WAIT...... so I wait for like 10 minutes and still nothing. I hit a key and the bar stops moving and looks to be frozen.

I cant get into the bios now. I am guessing that the screen I am seeing is something to do with Cool N Quiet and wont go any further.

What can I do to fix this?

If it says "Wait", wait for it to dissapear...

not sure what you did as your post isn't very clear, but try a simple cmos reset.

Quit reading the post when you said you enabled Cool N Quiet. Turn it off!

well at the time, i couldnt turn it off cause couldnt get into bios. Well for some strange reason after about 10 attempts it just finally went into bios. thanks to all who replied.
