I think some were invited and a whole shit load weren't. I could be wrong not positive. Regardless if its a community pool its obvious you can't invite 100 people over and not think a neighbor isn't going to call the police or get pissed off.
But it's so much easier to simply throw the race card around. No thinking required, etc.

something was different about thsi one.
Funny how all the other officers didn't have two people already actively breaking the law advancing on them while subduing a suspect. Probably a lot easier to maintain your cool when you aren't being encroached upon by people disregarding the law while you enforce it.
It was about race. Somebody called 911 because they saw a bunch of black kids in the white place. Musta thought the race war was coming or something.
"The actions of Eric Casebolt, the police corporal shown in a video responding to reports of fighting at a pool party in McKinney, Texas, were "indefensible," the city's police chief said in a news conference Tuesday announcing the corporal's resignation. "Our policies, our training, our practice, do not support his actions," Police Chief Greg Conley said. "He came into the call out of control, and as the video shows, was out of control during the incident."

People from the community claim the pool party was organized on twitter. They claimed that the person who organized it charged $15 to get in...There has been no evidence to support this claim.
Can't you see he is being railroaded by a police chief who is more into being politically correct than ensuring the laws are upheld and good people protected from out of control rioters who invaded the neighborhood.I'll just wait here for the defenders of this cop attempt some linguistic gymnastics on that quote

Police Chief disagrees with the apologists in this thread. What say you guys? Is the chief a cop hater too?
