Whether she is annoying or not is beside the point. She has the right to assemble and is in no way in the way of the people doing the work. Even zoomed in with her camera she looks pretty far away. Whether you care for her agend or not, or whether she is right in thinking she has a right to know whats going on or not, the cop has ZERO basis for harassing her. She is not even on the pavement or within 50 feet of the ambulance. Personally, I don't care for her attitude or tactics, but again, that is beside the point.
