there is a cop and a moving truck next door. maybe we will get lucky and it is the woman and her kids, though most likley the boyfriend. he hasn't been around since she called dcfs on us.

In most places, that's a civil matter and the cops won't get involved. He'd have to go to court to force her to give him his stuff. (whatever she hadn't "disposed of" or pissed on.)

I know that here in MI, the police will act as peace officers. I had to have them come to the place I was living at in Detroit because the chick went all psycho. I showed up with a Uhaul and 2 of Troy's finest. They informed her that they were there to make sure that I was able to get my belongings without incident. It was my property and anything outside of that would be a civil matter.

Yeah, but it's a small town.

Might be able to call the police and let them know there may be a problem at such and such address because you are going to get your stuff and they might show up. Maybe.

I can tell you what is actually going on after waggy posts his pics. I'm actually the landlord of the people he is complaining about, so once he holds up his end of the bargain I can get them out of there.

im not going to take a pictures. the windows are dirty and its raining. but its just one sheriff, what looks like her family, her boyfriend, his brother and a few friends. they have a 14ft budget rent a truck. I havent seen her around but see everyone takeing stuff out. so far they are just putting it on the front porch.

I really hope its her moving. i keep hopeing for a fight LOL
