Corsair XMS series Memory?

I am looking to buy new set of XMS memory but I can't tell the differance between 3200C2 and 3200C2PT. What is the differance between them. Any input on this. Thanks.

PT just has the platinum colored aluminum heatspreader.

it seems like the platinum is the way to go since it has fewer chips.
