cpu heat sink gel question

How difficult is it to remove the cpu after you stick the heatsink on with the gel? I want to get my comp up and running, but using a temp motherboard until i get the one I really want. I don't do alot of customizing so I am unsure the difficulty of switching out cpu's and motherboards after applying the heat gel.

What thermal goop did you use? Generic white stuff isnt very tough. If its socket A and a bolt on heatsink -i have never had any problems with Artic Ceramiqué, Zalman white stuff, or thermalright white stuff. If its an intel chip, i dont really have any experience there...

just heat the computer up from running prime than twist it clockwise while gently pulling it off
