Mine's at 15K, but I use over 1K on it. Well, not since I paid it all off a few years back.

1. So if I have Paypal Debit card I'm automatically enrolled in this program right?
2. How can you get or redeem the cashback? You will just get 1.5% of the money you used back in your paypal account?

There's absolutely no meric in having a high limit credit card. I was offered a $15,000 last summer and I didn't even had a job. Simply based on the fact that I make over $30,000 a year. I declined because that is simply too much credit for my need.
