those are perm rates, and im sure yours are introductory. it wouldnt make sense for your rate to be so close to the federal rates

i called all three companys 4 yrs ago and complained and have been locked into these rates since then.

i carry a balance on the amsouth.

my mortage is 4.675% fixed 30 on the house i live in (bought in 04)

my old house which is now a rental has 4 yrs left on mortage or i would refin it.

I'm working my way to getting rid of all my cards. Yep, that's right, cancelling them all. Eventually, I will have my house paid for and then will have no FICO score.
