when i go to a prompt and ping the server that i play on this is what i get

anyway, when i connect i get very bad ping spikes.. the problem didn't happen at all when i had win98 but after i installed winxp and started cs up is when i noticed it.. also i've heard of other people having the same problem and other people who don't so i don't know what's going on, any ideas would be very much appreciated
